Delete your Jom account

In the app

1. Open Jom and sign in.
2. Go to Me › Account.
3. Tap Delete account, tick the box to confirm, then tap Delete account permanently.

You're signed out straight away and your profile is hidden from other members.

Without the app

Email teamforest66@gmail.com from the email address on your Jom account, with the subject “Delete my Jom account”. We may ask you to confirm it's you, then we delete the account and reply to confirm.

What happens to your data

• Within 30 days we erase or anonymise your personal data: account, email, profile, identity check result, activity, push tokens and usage data.
• Up to 12 months we may keep the minimum needed to resolve open safety reports, stop banned members from rejoining, or meet legal duties. Feedback reports you sent are also deleted within 12 months.

To delete only some data, such as your photo or an event, edit it in the app or email us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
